CAD to shapefile

試過許多ArtoCAD轉shapefile的轉檔方式，發現一個好用又強力的工具Extract CAD Layers to shapefiles，可以轉point, polyline, polygon，包括Annotation也可以轉換（之前遇到問題就是 CAD Annotation讀不出來），並且保留完整的attribute，下載網址：http://arcscripts.esri.com/details.asp?dbid=14679
